By accessing and using StickyCoder ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

StickyCoder is an online coding education platform that provides:

• Interactive coding challenges and exercises
• Comprehensive programming courses
• Code execution and testing environments
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Community features and discussions
• Premium subscription services

Account Creation:

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account

Account Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

You agree not to:

• Submit malicious code or attempt to hack the platform
• Share solutions in a way that undermines the learning experience
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations

Billing:

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to premium features until the subscription expires

Our Content:

All content on StickyCoder, including challenges, courses, text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content:

You retain ownership of code and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display it in connection with the service.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service.

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors will be corrected
• The service is free from viruses or harmful components

In no event shall StickyCoder be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
